What is included in our care plan packages

Annual boiler service for domestic gas and LPG boilers:

Includes filter clean where fitted and full system check including operation of controls and thermostats.

Discounted service of second and subsequent appliances:

Applies to additional appliance services booked and completed at the same time as boiler service.

Priority customer status entitlements:

1. Automatic discounted rates on labour if not covered by your chosen package.
2. Preferential attention and discounted labour rates on jobs that aren't covered under your chosen package.
3. Guaranteed priority attention for care package customers in the event of a breakdown or system fault. This could prove invaluable in those cold winter months when heating engineers are at a premium.
4. In hours telephone helpline for those minor queries. (9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday).

Worcester Bosch boilers we have fitted that are within the manufacturers guarantee period:

In the unlikely event that you should experience a technical problem with your Worcester Bosch boiler during the term of your guarantee please call our friendly team who will deal with your query and if necessary arrange for an engineer to visit your property.

New for old parts:

Wherever possible we will source any replacement parts for your boiler within 24 hours. However due to circumstances beyond our control this is not always possible and a delay may occur. If this happens TSL Heating & Plumbing will keep you informed every step of the way and endeavour to get your boiler up and running as quickly as possible.

*No limits to the number of call outs on packages 3 and 4.
**Free parts and labour on all boilers/systems/controls that are covered (up to £300.00) depending on the level of cover taken.


What is excluded from our Care Plan Packages

  • Commercial properties.
  • Oil boilers.
  • Removal of asbestos.
  • Customer inflicted accidental damage e.g. nailed pipes.
  • Customer requested modifications to previous installations.
  • Work required due to decorating or DIY.
  • Powerflushing.
  • Damage caused by end user error.
  • Scale or hard water damage.
  • Remedial work to correct pre-existing system/design fault or damage caused as a result of such errors i.e burst pipe due to inadequate lagging.
  • Regulation changes forcing remedial work e.g. hatches for flues in voids.
  • Damage to property resulting from a leak caused by failure of parts or components (only the parts that have damaged/failed are covered).
  • Electrical faults other than wiring we have carried out.
  • ***Boiler replacement.

  • Prices listed are correct at time of publication and may be subject to change.
  • All care packages are subject to initial inspection and service receipt of signed plan agreement and direct debit mandate or payment in full. In the unlikely event that we are unable to offer you one of our care Packages following Initial Inspection a one of service fee of £66 will be payable.
  • A minimum period of one calendar year is payable.
  • Payment dates 7th or 21st of the month.
  • ** Max. claim of £300 per call out. Customer can pay the difference of any extra work: e.g. powerflush would be £456 less £300; therefore, cost to customer £156.
  • ***In the unlikely event that your boiler should fail beyond economical repair and is not covered by a manufacturers guarantee, TSL Heating and Plumbing will offer you a discount of up to £300 on a new Worcester Bosch boiler. (Discount dependent on plan cover and model of boiler opted for).
